when new features have been added to it. New features are usually
added in response to requests from clients.
Any updates
of the documentation and the help system required will accompany updates
of the software.
Data updates
All the datasets
within Prospex work to a common Royal Mail update andcorrespond
to one another.

PostView
postcode sector, district and area boundaries are updated
annually.
These updates cover the Post Office systematically changing postcodes and
postcode boundaries varying due to new buildings.

Locus point
set mapping module is updated annually.

Geodemographic
classifications are updated annually using Electoral Roll information
and other datasets.
The above
three datasets are all updated at the same time, offering as little disruption
as possible to the user of the system.
Mapping
data is updated whenever new datasets are provided by the AA, NavTech
and Ordnance Survey. |
